Its great to get such positive feedback from our clients!  We made some delicious vegetarian canapés this weekend and I reckon they could turn even the most carnivorous among us!  Chargrilled Aubergine, Courgette, Peppers and Mushrooms dressed with Basil Pesto.  So simple yet so delicious.  We certainly believe that keeping it simple when cooking is a must.  Allowing the flavours of the ingredients to sing rather than complicating the dish with layers upon layers of different tastes.  If you need catering in Galway, whether its finger food caterers for a pub party or a lavish five course wedding in a castle, allow us to take the stress away….
