We are excited to be printing our latest catering menus this week. There are lots of new menu choices like the mezze sharing platter with hummus, kalamata olives, tabouleh, feta cheese dip and flat bread. There are various options whether you are seeking catering for a wedding, communion, confirmation or corporate event. We have added some tasty new finger food options like mini bamboo cones of beer battered cod and fresh cut chips which we serve with tartar sauce and a wedge of lemon, simply yum! New canapes include; roulade of spinach, smoked salmon and cream cheese; shot galsses of mango and smoked bacon; skewers of feta cheese, kalamata olives, cucumber and organic peppermint. So if you are in need of caterers in the galway region, look no further, Green Olive will give you a feast to remember!
