Being members of Slow Food Galway, we are committed to the use of sustainable raw ingredients, locally sourced where possible.  Kinvarra organic smoked salmon is as local as it comes for us based here in Galway.  The salmon has a distinctive creamy texture which differentiates it from its competitors.  We like to serve it in many ways, one of which is pictured here, a wedding caterer canapé of Kinvarra smoked salmon served in a mini spinach cone drizzled with citrus syrup.  Simple, delicious ingredients!  Being a Wedding Caterer Galway, we enjoy thinking outside the box when it comes to food, watch this space for more delicious examples of our wedding menu’s…….
