We had a great day yesterday at the Connemara Coast hotel at the “Taste of the west” event.  We made some delicious treats for the festive season; Duck fat with organic bay leaf and peppercorns; Red Onion and raspberry marmalade; Treacle and buttermilk brown bread; Fig and organic sage stuffing.  It was a great day of catching up with other local Galway food producers and we were delighted to thank Sally McKenna in person for the award she kindly bestowed upon us this week, see picture attached!   We were discussing the delicious Sheridans crackers range with Seamus Sheridan which we served with our cheese board on our wedding catering galway menu’s.  Such a fantastic product…..
