Wow your guests with innovative canapés, fabulous finger food and a full service wedding catering dinner.  Food is our passion here at green olive catering.  We use cutting edge cooking techniques to give our menus that something extra.  Chef Valentine spends two days making the jús for his famous Ardrahan Hereford fillet of beef.  You really will never taste anything quite like it.  Most of the wedding catering we supply is in either a quaint country castle or a lavish marquee.  The cover picture is a marquee wedding we catered last August for the lovely Sinead and Steve.  The theme was shabby chic but there was nothing shabby about their wedding menu!  They opted for wedding catering canapés on the lawn while the decadent five course wedding catering dinner was served in the elegant marquee.  They were absolutely thrilled ( check out Sinead’s testimonial on our testimonial page).  We build such a close relationship with our clients over the months in the planning of their special day.  We take it seriously, we don’t cater any other events on the week of a wedding, we devote all of our attention to our bride and groom!
