Congratulations to the lucky winner of our Weight Watchers competition for catering services to the value of €100!!  We ran a competition at last weeks Weight Watchers cookery demonstration for catering services in the galway region and Michelle Monaghan from Loughrea was pulled out of the hat!

Speaking of Weight Watchers,Val cooked up a storm last week at the cooking demo.  Many of the guests told us how they are afraid to experiment in the kitchen and tend to cook the same dishes week in, week out.  Val suggested they mix it up a little and try out new healthy recipes.  Theres no harm if it doesnt turn out perfect, you will learn from it and improve the dish each time you cook it!  So get in the kitchen and get cooking!!!
