We spent last Thursday cooking and photographing lots of divine dishes  from our wedding catering menu!

We put Head Chef Val in front of the camera to discuss his passion for food…

The amazing photographer Tommy Hannon didn’t fail to disappoint.  Having designed our logo and website, Tommy Hannon of Molten Sky is our all time favourite food photographer.  His attention to detail is so important in capturing the very essence of our wedding catering dishes.  Very often, potential couples will make a judgement about our wedding catering business from a quick snapshot of our website.  It is imperative that we translate our passion and dedication through the medium of our website. There is nobody better than Tommy to help us achieve this goal!

Val was aptly nervous in front of the camera when we got to the videography!  But after a few takes he was singing like a bird!  Once Val starts talking about food, there’s no stopping him!  From unusual flavour pairings like Cashel blue cheese and mango shots to organic Clare island salmon and rhubarb, Val’s favourite subject is food and the creation of amazing plates for our wedding catering menus!
