The most recent wedding we have done catering for was in Cloghan Castle, Kilchreest, Loughrea, Co Galway.  This amazing venue is based just 7 mins from our commercial catering kitchen.  The castle was built in 1239 and is a spectacular wedding venue.  The menu which the happy couple chose was; Gamekeepers plate, Smokies, Beef Wellington, supreme of Chicken with roasted Chesnuts, Classic Tart Citrón.  Our wedding catering menus are designed with care and attention.  We source only the best local ingredients and provide professionally trained banqueting staff.  We want our clients to be talking about thier wedding caterers for a long time after the event is over!
