Tonight Green Olive head Chef ,Val Lynam, will be demonstrating healthy cooking options for Weight Watchers Galway.  Val will be cooking; Pan fried Sea Bass with Fennell, Mango and sun dried Tomato Salad;  Marinated loin of Connemara Lamb with Moroccan style Cous cous and honeyed low fat yoghurt; Giant tiger prawn and noodle soup with an oriental twist; Black berry, Papaya and Peach with Champagne foam; Smoked Bacon, spicy Chorizo and black bean stew with orange scented low fat yoghurt; Puy Lentil and Vegetable Seafood Chowder.

It promises to be a great success for all involved and all proceeds are being donated to Enable Ireland.
